Hello! I’m Jeff, and for over 30 years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of helping thousands of individuals achieve extraordinary health, weight loss and performance outcomes. What truly energizes me is combining my expertise as both a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to bridge the gap between optimal nutrition, improved body composition and metabolism along with peak physical performance—giving you the complete picture for lasting transformation.

What I enjoy most about my work is helping people build healthy habits. Losing fat mass while building muscle is the primary focus. Beyond the Office: Walking the Walk

I am a former competitive weightlifter and seven-time Florida State deadlift champion. I also held a world record with a 660 lb. deadlift in the 198 lb. weight class! This competitive background gives me first hand understanding of what it takes to achieve peak physical performance, manage weight precisely, and maintain exceptional body composition. I don’t just teach these principles—I’ve lived them at the highest level.

My personal experience as an elite athlete, combined with my professional expertise helps me understand the challenges you face and the dedication required to achieve lasting results. This unique perspective allows me to guide you with both scientific knowledge and real-world experience.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to live music and concerts, and taking beach getaways on weekends to recharge and maintain that important work-life balance I encourage everyone to have. I continue to stay active through competitive weightlifting, which keeps me connected to the athletic mindset and the discipline required for peak performance. I enjoy attending sporting events, especially college football games, which provides an opportunity to feel the electric energy of live competition. I love seeing greatness and watching others maximize their potential at the highest level in athletic competition
