Hello! I’m Brenda, and I have had the incredible privilege of spending the past 20 years of my career in the fitness and nutrition industry helping people lose weight, get off or reduce their prescription medications, gain more confidence and energy, lower stress levels, improve blood glucose levels and, most importantly, regain control over their health with proven long-term results.
What truly drives me is serving as the manager of St. Petersburg Nutrition, which I created from scratch and have been running and perfecting for the past 8 years. I focus on ensuring every client experiences complete satisfaction throughout their transformative journey. I personally oversee our programs and work closely with our health coaches to guarantee that you receive the exceptional care and support you deserve.
My background blends the gold standard in education with my Masters of Science degree, extensive experience, and credentials in both dietetics as a Registered Dietitian and fitness as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. This comprehensive foundation, combined with real-life experience as a personal trainer, allows me to understand the complete picture of health and wellness from both nutrition and fitness perspectives.
Prior to creating St. Petersburg Nutrition, I built from scratch and managed top-notch nutrition programs for major health insurance companies, where I helped thousands of individuals meet their health and weight loss goals. This experience taught me the importance of personalized care and what it truly takes to run a successful nutrition program with client satisfaction and success.

When I’m not focused on client care and managing our nutrition program, I find balance through practicing yoga, which helps me maintain the centered energy I bring to my work. I’m passionate about exploring cultural cuisines and traveling, which gives me a broader perspective on nutrition and helps me understand diverse food traditions that I can incorporate into client recommendations.
Most importantly, I cherish spending quality time with my two small children and my husband. Like many of our clients, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing family life, work responsibilities, and personal health goals. This real-life experience as a busy parent helps me truly understand what you’re going through and creates realistic, family-friendly approaches to nutrition and wellness.
I also love live dance music, which provides a wonderful outlet for stress relief and reminds me of the importance of joy and movement in a healthy lifestyle—principles I encourage in all our clients.
