It can be challenging to eat healthy while dining out. As Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, we decided to make local healthy dining out options easy for you. We reviewed hundreds of local restaurant menu’s to narrow down our top picks for local healthy eats.

While dining always be mindful of good decision making: Choose water or unsweetened tea as your drink option and always strive to choose a menu item that has a good portion of fruit and/or vegetables.
